2. Order Confirmation: We will reply to your email to confirm scent availability and finalize details before beginning your order.

Processing Times:

• Scents We Carry: Orders will be processed within 7 business days.
• Custom Scents: Processing time is up to 21 business days, unless you drop off or ship your preferred fragrance to us.

Insurance: We recommend insuring your wholesale order with Route to safeguard against any unforeseen shipping issues.
