Shipping policy

We highly recommend adding Route Protection to your order at checkout. While we take care in packing and shipping your items, we cannot control how the post office handles your package once it leaves our hands. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages can unfortunately happen and without Route Insurance, we’re unable to replace or refund orders. Adding Route gives you peace of mind and allows for quick resolution if something goes wrong, all while helping us cut down on losses and continue offering you the best products and experience. DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are processed within 03 to 07 business days, but we do our best to process within 72 hours through USPS or UPS. 

First class package: 1-7 days

Priority mail: 1-3 days including insurance.

Priority mail express: 1-3 days including insurance. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING (Priority shipping) within the United States for orders over $123 with coupon code FREESHIP.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

First class package international: 1-3 weeks

Priority mail international: 6-10 days

Priority mail express international: 3-6 days 

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, and do not include processing times. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. We are not responsible for the post office transit time.

Please note that if your order is returned to us for insufficient or incorrect address, you will have to pay shipping fees a second time for us to ship the package back to the full correct address. In case we do not hear from you concerning the correct address, we will cancel your order and refund you minus the shipping costs if item is non-perishable.
