Now.. firstly I thought this product wasn't even in the package because it was so very small 😩 almost tiny but after I found it was indeed in the package and it was just as tiny as it wants to be ( smaller than a crayon) .... The photo makes it appear larger than what it is . I wasn't sure if it was real I asked a few questions and so far so good. I will say I do appreciate customer service acting so swiftly. I will purchase again ....just not this 😩
