Dosage: 1 oz makes 1/2 gallon of concentrated tea which should last approximately 10 days if consumed twice a day. Drink 3 Fl ounces before bedtime and at least two hours after eating. Do not eat within one hour of drinking the tea.

How to Prepare Essiac Tea

To make Essiac Tea, start with clean or distilled water for the best quality brew and clean utensils. Use 1 oz of the herbal blend per half gallon of water. Bring the water to a boil, then add the tea blend. Reduce heat and let it steep, allowing the herbs to fully release their benefits. Once done, strain and store the tea in a glass jar. Keep it refrigerated and enjoy as needed for a nourishing herbal infusion.
