HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEA MOSS GEL

Wash thoroughly and rinse your sea moss several times with lime. Soak in water between 12 hrs (until soft/gelatinous).  Add to blender with water purified/spring/alkaline water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate or freeze after preparation. You can add fruits for more flavor.
